“We used to have a prime rib Christmas dinner that we gave to all the Employees and then we invited the customers to come,” Buddy fondly recalls. “I remember my father baking the the prime ribs in the oven and we would have tables and chairs brought in.”
While the dealership has now grown too large to accommodate the several thousand Quality Subaru customers at a holiday dinner, the Blichfeldts have maintained the same level of hospitality and personal connection with every client.

“It’s incredible as well as there’s vending machines,” says Buddy. “It’s just it’s really really comfortable to come to our waiter It’s a great place. Some people even like to come just to get away if they just want to read a book Very comfortable chairs very homey very nice. I mean, it’s it’s really nice place.”

Because of their expertise with Subarus, Quality Subaru’s technicians can catch issues that might be missed elsewhere. For example, an aftermarket oil filter on one customer’s car was leaking due to an improper seal. The technician noticed the issue and prevented a larger problem.
“He knows I mean it’s he works on a day in and day out you know he’ll spot it he’ll be able to identify it and then you know we’ll be able to let you know hey there’s this other issue going on you know which may or may not be under warranty,” says Buddy.

“We’ve always had a lot of customers even that like, they love their buying experience so much. They’re like, hey, they either, you know, they’ll want to work or they know someone or a family member,” Buddy says.
